Follow.it Is Now Connected With Zapier

We’re excited to announce that our platform now fully integrates with Zapier and its 3.000+ connected apps. This allows you to create multi-step workflows to automate your customer journey operations – and much more.

What’s Zapier?

Zapier makes web apps and services talk to each other. In their own words, Zapier is “the glue that connects web apps”. 

Once a web app – in our case the follow.it platform – is set up to work with Zapier, it can be used in conjunction with any other compatible web app they have integrated. 

The core use is the Zap, a connection between two of Zapier’s integrations that contains both a trigger and one or more actions. When the trigger is tripped on the first integration, an action is executed in the second one.

One of the most common use cases will be for publishers to sync their followers’ emails from follow.it to another app. 

For example, a Zap can be used to automatically transfer new followers’ emails to another email service provider, or a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. 

Or, you can send a personal welcome email (e.g. from Gmail) to your followers after they subscribed. 

You can also go nuts with it. Want your lights to blink every time you get a new subscriber? Just use this integration. If that’s too flashy, maybe you’ll enjoy the more subtle notifications of a 3D-printed desktop mailbox that raises its flag every time you nab a new follower. 

The only limit is your imagination!
